The TOSH-1 pallet conveyor carries up to 60 kg per pallet at an infinitely adjustable speed up to 20 m/min. The timing belt drive keeps both lanes perfectly synchronized, so pallets arrive at each station at the same instant with consistent spacing — a decisive advantage for assembly lines that use fixed-cycle automation such as screw driving, press fitting, testing and labeling. The frame is machined from industrial T-slot aluminum profile, precision-cut and assembled with standard fasteners and brackets. T-slots on every face allow sensors, stops, pneumatic units and guide rails to be mounted anywhere along the line without drilling or welding, so later line modifications are quick and low cost. The aluminum structure is light enough to ship economically, corrosion-resistant, and stable enough for precision stations mounted directly on the profile.
